How It Works
What It Delivers Components Support
Implementing and using N2uitive’s web-based Digital Statement Service requires no hardware, software, or IT integration—and you are up and running in a matter of days. Here’s how it works:

Record
Using our toll-free number, claims personnel conference in up to 10 participants, enter claim information, and simply press *2 to start recording the interview. When participants hang up, the entire conversation is automatically captured in a digital audio file and posted to a statement library in our secure, redundant datacenter. And in-person interviews, conducted with any handheld digital voice recorder, are easily uploaded directly into the statement library via any web-browser.

Review
Once interviews are completed, the audio files are securely stored in individual statement libraries, enabling claims personnel to easily listen and review their files for completeness and audibility.

Route
From the statement library, with a simple click of a button, recorded statements are easily and securely routed to outside parties for review, or sent for transcription. This streamlines the information exchange between all parties involved in the recorded statement lifecycle.

Report
The Digital Statement Service software tracks all actions around a statement and provides real-time reporting capabilities such as number of statements taken, length of statements, claims representative compliance metrics, and status of statements sent for transcription. These reports can be dynamically generated by claims representatives, office personnel or line of business managers. Being able to better understand your claims data provides real dollar gains around settlement, recovery, and customer service.
