Web-Based Software Platform
Statement libraries, which are powered by our sophisticated software platform, are username and password protected and may be configured based on role, geographic location, line of business, or other requirements. The libraries are accessed via a web-browser and display statements by individual, providing detailed information about each statement. With a click of a button from within the library, personnel can edit, listen, route, and transcribe interviews at any time.
Real-Time Reporting
Our software platform provides powerful drill-down capabilities within the statement libraries that enable claims reps, line of business managers or other approved personnel to quickly listen to and view activity around each claims interview. Real-time reports offer immediate insight into the entire claims interview lifecycle including number of statements taken, length of statements, claims representative compliance metrics, and status of statements sent for transcription.
Transcription Services
Statements can be sent for transcription with a simple click of a button from within the statement library. This function sends the file directly to your transcription service or our partner, Allegis Communications. Allegis is a national leader in transcription, providing services to over 500 insurance branch claims offices working with many of the top P&C insurance companies including Progressive Insurance, Farmers Insurance, Unitrin, and One Beacon.
Data Security and Storage
N2uitive's operational data center, located in a secure and hardened facility, is designed with no single point of failure and all components are highly available and redundant (dual power, dual NICS, RAID). Data center and equipment power comes from three independent power circuits, backed up by UPS and hot-standby power generators. Our service level agreements deliver guarantees in excess of 99.5% uptime.
