N2uitive offers customers 24 x 7 access to trained support experts located at
our headquarters in Seattle. This ensures expedient answers to your questions
as well as providing ready access to design and engineering resources if needed.
Hands-on Training
We provide on-site training or web instruction to all our customers. These sessions
are 20 minutes in duration, scheduled at your convenience. Many end-users have
found that by simply watching their peers, they are able to effectively use our
service.
Online Help
Our Digital Statement Service provides online help options that include step-by-step
directions to record by phone, use the keypad while recording, set up the recorder,
and upload in-person interviews.
